Two friends realize their first joint book project and the resulting exhibition
The painter Wolfgang Beltracchi and the photographer Alberto Venzago met during his first painting exhibition in 2014 in Switzerland at the Christine Brügger Gallery in Bern. The two exceptional artists quickly connected and became friends, inspiring each other in their work. Since the painter settled in Switzerland in 2017, they have been working together regularly. The great pleasure they both derive from their collaboration is reflected in the photographic documentation of the art project "The Greats-Salvator Mundi," which is now being released as the book project "Wolfgang Beltracchi —The Return of Salvator Mundi"
As a photographer and editor, Alberto Venzago is responsible for the publication at Scheidegger & Spiess.
